Do you like targets? The easiest way to stay in rhythm during Toes to Bar is to swing your legs only so high that you don’t get out of rhythm. But if you don’t have a goal in mind, it can be hard not to overshoot, swing your legs higher and then get out of rhythm. If this is true for you, then the Toes to PVC Target Drill might help. In the video you can see two different heights with the PVC Pipe.
