🌙 Letting Go and Embracing Independence 🌙 As a parent, the journey of sleep training has been a rollercoaster ride for me. I’ve explored various theories and techniques, trying my hardest to find the perfect balance for my little one. But in the end, I realized that I needed to listen to my baby’s cues and trust her readiness for the next step. Co-sleeping has been a beautiful experience, creating a bond like no other. But now, the time has come to let go and embrace her independence. It’s not easy, I’ll admit, but I know it’s an important milestone for her growth. Watching her sleep peacefully in her own cot fills my heart with a mix of emotions. Pride, as I see her taking her first steps towards becoming more self-reliant. And a touch of nostalgia, as I reminisce about those precious co-sleeping moments we shared. Change can be challenging, but it’s also an opportunity for growth.
