To be a top player is to be an elite mover both on and off the ball 🏃‍♂️ - Working with pre teens/ early stage teenagers it’s important to use practices that help maintain/ improve functional movements- Agility, Coordination etc - Growth spurts can turn a player who used to move like a Ferrari into a player who moves like a bus.
