Another successful @hotworx appearance with the one and only @hotworxlakeworthazleave in Ft Worth Texas!!! Thank you guys for taking care of me and obviously taking care of your members ❤️❤️ I could feel the LOVE and saw the support they showed this past evening! So many amazing testimonials and heart felt stories. You’re changing lives, not just bodies ❤️ . Man I love connecting with these members face to face. I took about 6 weeks off before coming back into this flow again and it was much needed. I was rejuvenated and so excited to experience something unique and special once again. A few members and I set some personal goals tonight and I told them I want to help hold them accountable! . So we set measurable goals. These goals were matched to a set date and a measurable outcome. I encourage all of you to do the same! And attach something special to it in the form of a reward or rewards along the way! . When I do this, I will reward myself with X. A member tonight attached hers to a concert of her favorite band! What a great unique idea! . So get out there and keep crushing it guys!! I’m rooting for you. . And a big shout out to @ivhydropros for hooking me up with an IV before I go into my next big day! I wanna show up for all studios 💯 and I know that means I have to take care of myself in between! Next up, Kansas City for @hotworxbluesprings Next week @hotworxwestfargo & @hotworxcastlerock …. Man I need to start write a book with the memories I’ve so blessed to create. .
