my favorite way to light up my delts: 1. unsupported incline pressing movement (db incline press) 2. supported incline pressing movement (smith machine press, plate loaded shoulder press, stack design shoulder press, etc) 3. Lateral raise variation (specifically with cuff attachments at the wrist) but there’s so many different things you can do for this one: db lateral raises, standing cable lat raises, lying cuff lat raises, prone db side raises, etc. If u want “toned” arms you have to train upper body girlie pops!! #fitness #fitnessmotivation #gym #gymmotivation #workout #workoutmotivation #gymgirl #shoulders #workoutoftheday #lifting #npcbikini #austintx #austintexas
