Cécile Naegel drew her earliest lessons in human relations and guest service from the family pastry shop, where she worked from a tender age. It was only natural for her to gravitate toward hospitality studies at the renowned Glion School before embarking on her dreams with the Four Seasons group by joining the Beirut team in 2017. This enriching experience allowed her to evolve through various departments, all the while reinforcing her commitment to excellence and authenticity. In 2019, she became a part of Four Seasons Hotel Megève, where she rapidly ascended the ranks to become the Front Office Manager in 2023. Her passion grows as she visits numerous Four Seasons properties around the world, each of them providing her with a wellspring of inspiration that she cultivates with excellence in Megève. For her, the most vital aspect is the art of cultivating relationships with guests and providing a tailor-made experience imbued with authenticity and warmth.
