⏩️ Swipe for panorama of my latest mural for @arties_nj in Maplewood, New Jersey.

I used the incline/slope as part of the composition and design to add a unique dimension to the mural. Another unique feature of the mural is that I used gold instead of copper for the two large circles. It wasn’t planned and the inspiration actually came from the bathrooms inside the restaurant. There’s three bathrooms inside and they all have a different look which I liked. One of them has dark wooden panels and they sort of reminded me about some of the Vanderbilt mansions that I liek to visit. The Beaux Arts–style arctitecture is not particulary close to my style but I appreciate the craftsmanship and the detailed golden interiors found in many of the mansions. Thanks to @joeiurato for recommending @jerrysartistoutlet where I was able to find the gold paint used for the circles. 💫
