A #caramel #gateau #sthonore This #summer has been really busy, probably the busiest ever. Not because I was baking or doing research, mainly because spending time with Shreya and going to different places. It was lovely. I never felt energetic enough to travel on my own, but with Shreya around, it is different, a nice difference. Shreya gets surprised knowing that I have been to movies and restaurants alone, which definitely made me emotionally stronger. But travelling alone can get lonely. In the last month, I worked for a few days every week and then a few days holiday…to use my annual leave...so not much baking at the moment. But before that I managed to bake this #caramel #sainthonore. The #choux buns were filled with caramel #pastrycream and dipped in caramel for the lovely shine. In this #autumnal weather, anything caramely is very warming, it is like a warm hug. So, decided to add some more caramel while layering.
