Thank you @webergrills for the amazing Crafted Pizza Stone for our Genesis grill. Our first family make-your-own-pizza night was full of fun and deliciousness. I made Neapolitan style pizza dough the night before. We stretched the dough and brushed the whole pie including the crust with olive oil and seasoned with sea salt. Then, we added our favorite toppings and cooked on the preheated pizza stone for 7-8 minutes with lid closed. (The pizza stone was preheated to 550F with lid closed. We sprinkled cornmeal to prevent sticking.) It came out perfectly every time with a crispy crust. Mom made SSAM inspired Pizza with grilled kimchi, spicy pork bulgogi, garlic slices, fresh mozzarella, jalapeños and perilla leaves. Dad made Kabocha squash pizza with the squash, pepperoni, green pepper, red onions and fresh mozzarella. Then, he made his dream string cheese stuffed crust pizza with prosciutto and jalapeños. My sister made a classic Margarita pizza and my niece made pepperoni pizza. I made supreme pizza for hubby with tomato sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. And for myself, I made Kabocha and prosciutto, fresh mozzarella pizza with gluten-free crust, and also grilled kimchi and fresh mozzarella pizza. #pizza #pizzalover #kimchi #foodreview #mukbang #kdrama
