It should be a no brainer by now but STILL I meet so many people everyday who rely on cardio much more than they need to with limited change in their body composition to show for it. I know how valuable time is and I can imagine it must be extremely frustrating to work so hard and not be getting the results you want. . I challenge you to start a strength training program for 3 months. Make sure its a good program. It should include your main movement patterns: a press, a pull, a squat and a hinge.
