Change of plans!!!!! The client brought us her huge and beautiful table, but she was tired of the base and tired of the red top! The original plan was to refinish the top and rebuild a farmhouse X style base and also build 2 matching benches! However, once we had it sanded and built, the really thin veneer of her table was not very attractive and it was not meeting the expectations of her inspo photo— we were not satisfied! So, we all met together and decided that a newly built top would be the best and would give her what she was after!!! I love how it came out!!! For those of you that know us, don’t worry about her original base and now table top— we have plans for those already and will be making them into something beautiful— so stay tuned! .
