Healthy Cookies for Kids and Family 💕 Ignore my grey hairs (I m getting older 👵) and definitely give it a try. ❤️Save for Future❤️ 💁🏻♀️**Is the videos too fast for you soon will post on my YouTube channel** Ingredients: 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/4 cup Semolina (Sooji) 1/4 cup Oats Powder 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 cup Jaggery Powder (adjust to taste) 1/4 cup Ghee (clarified butter) 2-3 tbsp Milk (as needed to bind the dough) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, semolina, oats powder, and baking powder. Mix well. Add jaggery powder to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Add ghee and incorporate it into the mixture using your fingers until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Slowly add milk, a tablespoon at a time, and knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough. Be careful not to over-knead. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes. Place the shaped biscuits on the prepared baking tray, leaving a little space between each one. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, your whole wheat biscuits are ready to be enjoyed! Feel free to adjust the sweetness or texture to your liking.
