Pineapple is the main ingredient in this saucy Filipino dish and makes the chicken sweet, tender and tasty. Pork and Beef can also be used to make Asado, but this chicken version is my favorite! Chicken Pine Asado Ingredients: 1 whole chicken 1 pineapple can juice ( 227g ) 1/4 cup soy sauce Oil for sautéing and browning 1 tbsp brown sugar Red bell pepper 1 red onion chopped 4 cloves garlic minced Adjust all the ingredients to you liking Enjoy!
