Best date night at @allaboutpho.us 🍜 The best pho weve ever had. If you live or happen to be in SoCal, you gotta check them out😍 How fresh? A new batch of broth every single day, meaning once all the broth is sold/finished for that day, they stop serving pho for the rest of the day! The broth takes 18 hours to make, NO MSG, and the broth is so amazing that they serve unlimited noodles so you can finish your pho broth🤤 They serve two types of noodles: thin, and thick (great for babies) Open kitchen where you can watch the whole process sitting at the bar⭐️ Always Fresh wagyu beef sourced from a farm in NorCal. The meat was so amazing it just melted in our mouths. The appetizers were pure gold like the ‘naked egg’ which is sous vide eggs with bone marrow, truffles, and creamy potato served with toast. Not to mention the romantic dreamy vibe from the furniture you sit on to all the traditional decor brought from Hanoi. Its definitely an amazing date day or night💕 The food and decor made us feel like we were at a fine dining! There is plenty of free parking in the rear and robots come serve your food too😘 Babies eat with utensils made out of wheat grass (non toxic no BPA) which i personally loved. We loved their honest ingredients, and simple menu thats ALL about pho!
