We Have A Confession To Make… We “ACCIDENTALLY” went to @brutodenver twice in the past month. Maybe it wasn’t an accident though. Perhaps we just wanted to be IG Hipsters that could say “We have been going there before the ⭐️“. Either way, we’re not complaining. — More about the Date — 1) It’s a perfect Special Occassion spot. Dress up, cozy up to the chefs counter and enjoy one of the best meals / experiences of your life. 2) We highly recommend the drink pairings because they take the experience to the next level. The Wine & Cocktail pairings are 💣 but don’t sleep on the NA pairing option. Pro Move: Choose two of the options (one per person) and try both during every course. 3) @michaeldleon is a sweet genius and everyone on the staff are truly experts in their craft. They all take the time to educate guests on every aspect of the complex & amazing experience. You will walk away knowing so many more things than you’d ever imagine you’d learn at Dinner. We really don’t need to say any more about how amazing this spot is because the @michelinguide just did that for us. Pro Tip: This Date is already perfect on its own but if you’re looking for a night cap, @rftrbar is right downstairs and is the perfect way to round out your evening. Have you been before? If not, start looking at reservations now. We can only imagine what the wait list is going to be like! Also, we know it’s hard to believe but we were planning to post this today BEFORE they won the Michelin Star. It was purely coincidental but if you think we’re just hopping on the band wagon, that’s ok.
