After several more trips to the new Kona Grill at Mountain View Village, I have had to update my take on it. Most of the food I have tried has been good, but not great. I do love their carrot cake. The potstickers, sushi rolls, kona chicken, and everything else I have tried besides the prime rib has been good. The prime rib was the worst I have ever had anywhere. It took 2 hours to come out, and It literally came out burned!! I've had better prime rib at Luxor buffet and Golden Coral to give you any idea. But hey, the manager did give me a coupon for $10 off my next visit. I have definitely had better experiences going at lunch rather than dinner. At this point, absolutely make reservations and don't go on a Friday or Saturday night.
