Yesterday I knocked off another goal for 2023. I added to the Burge Associates real estate portfolio 🙏 . Another investment property purchased🎯. Two yrs ago almost to date after purchasing my Chicago multi unit building I told myself every one-two yrs over the next decade my goal would be to add another property… I share to say stay the course inspite of….Make goals that require you to elevate and be uncomfortable. Do the work even on the days you don’t want to. Remove the noise even when you don’t want to. You WILL accomplish what you believe that you will. And last but certainly not least be thankful for the favor, mercy and grace we get every single day. Special thank you to my dear friend @thefreeman_accomodations who literally found this property. When I talk about iron sharpens iron she is it. Everyday I am thankful for our sisterhood. Some days I know she wants me to win even more than myself. Thank you to my realtor @nickiferrellrealtor and loan officer, the true dream team helping me expand my portfolio with ease on a crunchy timeline. I am thankful to celebrate this added milestone with my sister @the_scalp_doctor and mom @burgetucker who have been visiting this week.
