𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 *Clarification* “We kicked up a fuss” This statement is referring to us, her older siblings not my mother may Allah preserve her, we came and told our mother what my sister had done at school and my mother told us it wasn’t a problem. We were also young children in primary school (ranging between the ages 6-8), but we believed what my younger sister did was wrong due to the beautiful tarbiyah of our parents. That is the point that was being made in the video. Teach your children these important morals whilst they are young and make them love it. This is what the Prophet ﷺ taught us, to nurture our children to pray (wearing hijab whilst praying for young girls) and fulfil the commandments of Allah before the age 10 so that it becomes their lifestyle. It’s also important to understand that young girls reach the age of puberty before boys, sometimes at the age of 9, hence why they need to be prepared for when they are held accountable by Allah. These are all prophetic teachings not something we have just made up. 😊 For my brothers and sisters who disagree with the point that I made, I would prefer that they call me ‘wrong’, ‘ignorant’, ‘oppressive’ or whatever they wish. But please do not associate my mother with any of those things.
