Just wanted to give a shout out to @rsosa_r35gtr and @grade_a_garage_ for absolutely killing it today! They came to me yesterday afternoon asking if I’d be willing to tune their Z for a track event this weekend. The car is EXTREMELEY basic. The only modifications done to this car are full downpipes(dumped) a heat exchanger, and Z1 intakes. It has a completely stock fuel system as well as suspension. It has been gutted and is running a drag pack with drag radials and is running on an e30 mix with no flex fuel. The car was previously tuned by someone else and, as it currently sits, ran a best of 11.3@121. I sent them a basemap last night where we did a couple of 4th gear pulls and then brought it up on launch control just to verify boost. First pass off the trailer went [email protected]!!!! That was the first full pass on the basemap. Followed by a [email protected]. I made a small timing adjustment and the car ran another best of [email protected]!! They were able to get one more run in for a final pass of [email protected] with a 1.54 60’. Stay tuned. This car is going to make some noise when they start modding it.
