Proportional Revenge Big Trigger Warning for this book! The main character Chique went through a lot of abuse. Throughout her life bad men infiltrated. This book is for adults and contains drug and alcohol use, as well as scenes of violence. The start of the book really indicates the type of story this is, Chique ends up killing her partner because of all her trauma. This books was definitely hard to read at points, a little weird and creepy. You can’t help but feel a connection to the main character and her journey. I’m sad that I have to wait for the second book to see what happens next. And the other side characters are also well written, I hope we get more development on them in the next book. This book is definitely out of my comfort zone, but is worth the read.
