Its the audacity… She violated the lease, doesn’t bother cleaning or have a to have a functional litter box, then calls the housing authority for a complaint inspection. What would you do? Evict? Clean the carpets one time just to pass inspection knowing its going to get funky again? Change carpets to vinyl (although she wouldn’t keep that clean either) Buy her a carpet cleaner? I didn’t pick this tenant…. I can smell entitlement a mile away. And to balance this out, Ima show some good tenants too. I honestly only have a handful of bad ones. I just never have to visit them! But I’ll go out of my way though… for balance.
