HAPPY & HEALTHY EVERYTHING! I learned a long time ago that I needed to remove people, places and things from my life that mad me sad. From the sacrifices I gained happiness. From the removal I gained a healthier mindset. These things will come and go, the key is knowing yourself well enough to avoid them when you see them coming. When I say I’m happy, I mean I work daily to STAY that way. I give up things that hold me down and remove people who don’t serve a good purpose in my life. Life gets good when you focus on making it good. Things don’t just happen / you make them happen.
