Tandoori Chicken Sandwiches Here’s the recipe for my morish tandoori chicken sandwiches, trust me you’re gonna want to make these again and again! Ingredients; - [ ] 1.5 kg chicken breast chunks from @tayyibblog - [ ] 4 tbsp curry powder - [ ] 6 tbsp tandoori masala - [ ] 1 tbsp salt - [ ] 6 tbsp yogurt - [ ] 50g butter - [ ] 500g full fat mayo - [ ] 1 pack of rocket (arugula) - [ ] 2 loaves of farmhouse bread I forgot to count how many sandwiches this recipe made BUT I had a LOT of filling left over and I was catering for 17 people. Tips: * You can half the recipe and make a smaller batch * You can use this filling on jacket potatoes, loaded fries or even in paninis * Cook the chicken and freeze it instead of using it immediately.
