The power of gut healing🤍 Since my last post, I’ve had so many of you messaging saying how much you resonate with this. I love connecting with you all and I want you to know that there is a solution! Gut health is tricky in the way where it isn’t necessary a one size fits all - however, there is a fit for you and you will find it. Generally, if I were starting my gut healing journey from the very beginning this is how I would start. 1. Finding a naturopath I know this can be expensive but if it’s an option for you, I highly recommend. Having a professional guide you in this journey will help so much! 2. L glutamine I swear by l glutamine. It’s an amino acid supplement that can aid the repair of a damaged stomaching lining. I use @aorhealth powdered l glutamine. I prefer powder over capsules because some research suggests it absorbs a bit better. 3. A probiotic Probiotics are live “good” bacteria’s that help the functioning and overall thriving of your gut. I use @aorhealth Probiotic 3. 4. Natural anti inflammatory foods Natural anti inflammatories are a great soothing method for an inflamed and irritated gut. I love making ginger juice at home and taking 1 tablespoon diluted with water every morning! 5. Eating majority of nutrient dense whole foods It can be tricky but eating nutrient dense whole foods as much as possible will benefit the functioning of your gut. Each vegetable and fruit contains different vitamins and minerals to help your gut thrive by keeping the collection of foot bacteria’s as diverse as possible. In a world of mass information, I know it can be overwhelming on where to start your gut healing journey.
