While people often mention the "Big Three" in American workwear, Carhartt is frequently overlooked. Today, younger generations may only be familiar with Carhartt's iconic Detroit jacket. However, few realize the ingenuity of Hamilton Carhartt. Take, for example, the one-of-a-kind heart-shaped button with a train cart embossed on it.
