Like origami butterflies floating away on the wind: first flowering of this Holcoglossum kimballianum - and aren’t they just gorrrrgeous 🤍🩷 A vandaceous lithophyte from southern China, Laos, Thailand and Myanmar with terete leaves, growing on exposed rock, but also occasionally as epiphytes on trees ⛰️🌳 The wafery, thin textured blooms have fantastic wing-like sepals that frame the vivid magenta, substantially spurred lips.
