A healthy sweet treat with just 4-5 ingredients 🙌🏼 Tag and Share this with a sweets lover ❤️ Depending on how much you want to make you can eyeball the amount of each ingredient. INGREDIENTS * Medjool Dates * Peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter) * Peanuts (chopped, or almonds or other nuts/seeds) * Dark Chocolate (melted) * Salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. Place the dates open side up on the parchment paper. I did 4 dates per row. 3. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and use a glass to press the dates down and together. 4. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter evenly over the dates. Top it with the chopped peanuts (or whatever nut you’re using). Then spread the melted chocolate on top and again make sure it’s evenly spread. 5. Sprinkle with salt and place in freezer for at least 30 minutes. 6. Once it’s frozen chop or break apart into pieces and enjoy!
