BIG BOY! BIG BOY is finally ready for adoption. I rescued him in the middle of the summer. He had assimilated into a feeder's backyard feral colony. However, he wasn't feral. It's worth mentioning that he was in the same yard where I rescued FRANKLIN (next-door neighbor threw outside) and SQUEAKY (first floor tenant threw outside). I got BIG BOY neutered and fully vetted. He is another FIV+ friendly cat in my foster network. Shortly after he was fixed, he began to decline. I took him to the vet to be hospitalized, and it was discovered that he had a blockage in his urethra. Oftentimes, a diet consisting of dry food will do that to a cat over time. After a lengthy stint, he was cleared of all blockages and eating like a champ. I focused on getting BIG BOY back on track by feeding him three meals a day and looking for a foster. Zero foster offers came in for him, so I kept him in a spare room all to himself. Finally, I moved LENNY from his foster home and brought BIG BOY there. The foster sent me some nice photos of him, and now I'm posting for all to see. BIG BOY is available for adoption now! Estimated to be six years old.
