Pushing, forcing, working like crazy until you’re beyond exhausted— it might just be making things harder. When my life became incredibly challenging at the start of the summer, I slowed down. And when I slowed down I realized that I didn’t need to do half the things I did all day long. I had been moving way too fast and missed the magic in so many moments. Slowing down really can be speeding up. Just stay focused on what you want and expect great things.
