They will look super cute as an appetizer. I sent them for school Tiffin and my son loved it. They can be made so quickly and best thing is that it contains variety of dals. It’s healtny, high protein, good fats and fiber. I love them as a quick snack and best thing is that they are jain. 1/4 cup orange masoor dal 1/4 cup yellow moong dal 1/4 cup toor dal 1/4 cup black masoor dal Salt as needed 2 soaked kashmiri red chilies 1/2 tsp amchoor powder 1/4 tsp hing powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 plum tomato sliced 1/2 cup water 2 tablesoon oil 1/4 cup peanut chutney Soak the moong dal, orange masoor dal, toor dal and black masoor dal in hot water Drain the water after an hour Add kashmiri chili, amchoor powder, hing powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder to the dal Add 1/w cup water and grind it into a thick batter Grease waffle maker with oil Layer it with the batter and let it cook for 10-15 minutes Once waffles are crispy remove it on a plate Take a waffle and layer it with peanut chutney and slice of tomato and then seal with other waffle Form sandwiches and enjoy them right away #vspiceroute #wafflesandwich #paryushanrecipes #paryushan #healthysnacks #mixeddal #dal #wafflemaker #veganism #jainism #lunchboxideas
