Everyone fell in love with the Soufi’s Shawarma recipe & spice blend. 🇱🇧 Tony officially opened Kabab 2 Go in May 2021 because he had such a passion for his food and culture!!! 🇱🇧 Tony travels back and forth to Lebanon a few times a year for more food inspiration and to visit his family! WHAT MAKES THEM WHERE TO EAT WORTHY👇🏼 🔥 This restaurant sources their spices from Lebanon from a small, old market and they actually do a CUSTOM MIX for Kabab 2 Go. 🔥They marinate the Shawarma for a week to let the spices truly soak in! 🔥 The tool used for the Falafel is exactly how it is made in Tripoli, Lebanon with a Copper Falafel Mould. 🔥 The Hummus is THE BEST!
