Many people get sloppy when they’re not in a cut They forget all the good habits they developed while in a cut They may Stop training Stop hitting their protein Drink more alcohol Sleep sporadically Stop planning ahead They just kinda wing it Which is ironic because winging it for you to where you are in the first place Maintenance and a building phase are just as serious This is when you can make some serious changes to your body The thing is though the reward is delayed You’re not going to be in maintenance for a month and see a major change The change happens from compounding time For many people they can’t be patient Which causes them to not change or only look at fitness as something they’re on or off track on Those that win Those that change Know that the work doesn’t end when the diet/cut ends The work is ever going So don’t make the mistake of living for the diet Embrace all phases for fitness - Need more help with your fitness goals?
