‘The only time you should ever look back is to see how far you’ve come’ (Berta Lippert) 3 years ago on 17th September (& my own 40th birthday), lying on Richmond Green with my husband James, I decided I was going to start a business. There and then I registered it, having absolutely no idea where it would take me. An ex-buyer who had recently been made redundant, I had a deep desire to carry on being creative and I also wanted to try to be an inspiration for my young girls (4 & 6 😉) I’ve loved taking a trip down memory lane, cringing slightly looking back at old pics but also feeling incredibly proud of what’s been achieved. Who knew that little detachable collars would lead me on to a plethora of different products, all handmade from fabric cast-offs! Thanks to each and every follower, friend and family member who have championed me along the way, not forgetting the incredible Artisans I’m lucky enough to work with - without you @46stitch wouldn’t be here and for that I’m truly grateful. It’s not easy running your own business and I’m still its only team member 🤪 😵‍💫but it’s been a wonderfully creative outlet and such a learning curve!! 🤪 Here’s to the next 3?
