Scrumptious pasta bake, fırın makarna, topped with an irresistible layer of crunch, texture and a little heat, with bread crumbs, combined with pul biber infused to melted butter & olive oil - we loved this one ❤️ Simply top your pasta bake (I made a simple bechamel sauce with grated cheddar/ kaşar for mine, you can see the recipe at my Baked pasta with bechamel and courgette reel) and combined my al dente cooked pasta with the sauce and spread on a baking dish. Then melt 45 g salted butter and add 3 tbsp olive oil to a small pan, add 2 tsp pul biber and infuse over low heat, stirring, for 30 seconds. Combined this with about 120g bread crumbs in a bowl and mix well. Spread the pul biber oil/butter infused. bread crumbs over the pasta bake evenly and bake at preheated fan oven 200C/400 F for about 20-25 mins, until the top is golden.
