The #1 problem with Multiple Sclerosis exercises is that there are such FEW people qualified in this area... resulting in you NOT getting the results you're looking for 🤦‍♀️. This is the BIGGEST struggle 😩 my 40k+ followers throughout my social media channels share with me on a daily basis. They're putting in SO much effort (and energy) into their exercise routine & they're either NOT reaching their goals at all or they're getting close, but keep hitting a plateau... unable to break through. Truth be told - ☝️ it's unfair to you!! It's not that YOU are doing anything wrong... it's likely that your PT's aren't giving you the appropriate exercises or strategies for MS 🧡… ...likely, their exercises are for orthopedic conditions like back pain, leg weakness, hip pain, weak core, etc. without taking MS into consideration 🙅‍♀️.
