It is soup season y’all!!!! Do y’all love some hearty 🌶 chili? We sure do! This recipe is delicious, easy and feeds an army (you can cut the recipe in half). 🌶️4 Pounds of Bork (ground beef/pork 🌶️1 Pound Hot Sausage 🌶️1 Pound Mild Sausage 🌶️1 Large Sweet Onion Diced 🌶️2 Cans Fire Roasted Salsa Tomatoes (these usually have jalapeños and onions in them) 🌶️2 Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes 🌶️2 Cans Crushed Tomatoes 🌶️4 Cans Tomato Sauce 🌶️3 Cans Mixed Chili Beans 🌶️2 Boxes 2 Alarm Chili Seasoning (I will be sharing a copy cat soon 🩷) ✨We added about 8 more tablespoons of Chili Powder, 3 tablespoons of onion and garlic powder, and then salt and pepper to taste 🩷Brown your bork and sausage. Make Sure you drain it really well. Sauté your onions until translucent. Add the drained bork and sausage back to the pot. Dump in all of your cans and seasoning. Stir, bring to a boil then turn down and simmer :) This is the PERFECT recipe for cold weather. Plus, we freeze half of it to have for dinner another time.
