Enjoy your scrumptious Roast Chicken Pie straight from the @brevillenewzealand pie maker! 🍗🥧 Perfect for a quick and tasty meal using either a @waitoachicken freshly roasted chicken or those delightful roast chicken leftovers. Bon appétit! Ingredients: 1 @waitoachicken Roast Chicken (or roast chicken leftovers) Mashed potato Gravy 1 Packet of pastry sheets (we used @edmondscooking) Appliances: @brevillenewzealand Pie Maker Method: Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the roast chicken (shredded or chopped), a generous portion of mashed potatoes, and a drizzle of gravy. Mix everything together until well combined Assemble the Pies: Lay one sheet of pastry over the Breville pie maker. Spoon approximately two tablespoons of the roast chicken mixture into each pie slot. Add a teaspoon of mashed potatoes on top of the chicken mixture in each slot. Cover with another sheet of pastry. Cook the Pies: Close the Breville pie maker and cook the pies for about 8 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Serve: Remove the pies from the pie maker carefully.
