DISCLAIMER: Don’t get panicked watching the video. Have done Ice Therapy under the guidance of the trainer @azgarsultan @icemanindia I am a firm believer in Destiny. I also believe if you are 100 % inclined towards becoming a better version of yourself, the universe comes together and gives a helping hand in need. For a couple of months, I was suffering from intense back pain and stopped gym and I wanted a way out to decrease my suffering and get back to my normal routine. There was a stage where I felt really helpless but I didn’t want to give up. After a lot of research, I wanted to start ICE THERAPY. I immediately contacted @azgarsultan and he was really helpful in my recovery journey. I have completed 12 sessions with @azgarsultan @icemanindia till today and I could see a lot of transformation. I started taking Ice therapies for pain recovery but during the process, I understood how different types of breathing techniques help you shape your mindset, the importance of meditation and what role meditation plays in uncomfortable situations.
