➡️➡️Swipe for transformation. . Coming home from this weekend's events, I've been feeling quite low. Unfortunately my calf is still very sore but coming home with three bronze medals has hit me quite hard. . I felt frustrated by my injury and upset that I didn't achieve what I wanted, despite placing third at a World Championship level. . After a conversation with a friend, I realised just how far I have come since I started really focusing on my training and nutrition. . In the past 6 months, I've shredded body fat, increased my strength and speed while also making huge improvements with my mental and physical health. Putting my pre picture is quite daunting but actually, I should be really proud of all that I've achieved. . The lighting in this picture is certainly very complimentary and I've got lots of work to do, but for now I'm in such a better place and need to appreciate how far I've come. .
