Ricky Pintor, founder of @justchurros invited us to see how he makes his 5-star churros. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with the mouthwatering aroma of cinnamon sugar! The churros are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Ricky is a 3rd generation churrero who learned the craft from his Tata (grandfather). He’s honed in on his recipes over the years to achieve a consistent dough for his churros that are a Spanish-Mexican fusion. Ricky even has a custom made churro press, which customers can see in the open kitchen through a plexiglass partition. The menu features different options to enjoy the churros. From churros in a bag with your choice of dipping sauce to churros a la mode with your choice of sauce and ice cream to churro icecream sandwiches. Just Churros is 100% family-owned and operated.
