TRY THIS‼️ If you are trying to target the upper and middle portion of your chest, you need to try this one out! This is great specifically on the pec deck, but instead of having your back against the back support pad, you will put yourself at about a 60* angle with your feet placed behind you. While leaning forward, you will begin the exercise and squeeze and focus on the upper middle portion. You do not need to worry about getting the full range of motion here since we specifically target only that chest portion. Also, don’t be afraid to go heavy on this exercise since you’re not going full range of motion.
