Pés Na Água, Fruited Sour 4.8% Dutch Bargain Groede the Netherlands. / Shop : Dutch Bargain. I shared this 'Pés Na Água' (feed in the water) with my sister in law as a pre-diner beer. Pés Na Água is a fruited sour and one of Dutch Bargain's summer specials. The beer is based on the Brazilian Catharina sour which has its heritage in the south of Brazil, and is a kettle sour based on wheat based on fruit. Dutch Bargain used fresh plum for their beer which they had mainly harvested on their own farm. The orange (plum) colored beer has an abv of 4.5% and was quite foamy, this way it took me a while to pour a neat 2 finger head.  In the aroma there is loads of plum. The beer has a smooth mouthfeel and I tasted the following : once again loads of plum, a light grainy note and a fruity tart. Nice beer and very fruity and refreshing!
