✨Bengali Daab Chingri using Brooklyn Delhi’s simmer sauce ✨Recipe: - 7-10 prawns - 1/4 cup @brooklyndelhi Golden Coconut Curry Sauce - 2tbsp Coconut flesh - Coconut water as needed (to blend the sauce) - 1 young coconut (Daab) - Mustard oil ✨Powdered Spices - 1tsp turmeric - 1tsp Red chili powder - Salt as needed ✨Method: - Clean and devein prawns. - Marinate with the powdered spices - Fry for a minute until the shells turn red - Remove flesh and water from the coconut and blend the simmer sauce with flesh.
