• 📣 T H R I L L E R • T H U R S D A Y 📣 Okay I lied. This week is dragging ass 😯 it’s been another busy one. Hopefully you are all hanging in! #170-Full Brutal by Kristopher Triana Pub Date: Out Now! 💪🏼”I loved it” Here’s Why: Sweet gods of deviance! This is my first Triana and what better way to start then an insane cheerleader? This is labeled as Mean Girls meets American Psycho and I sort of vibe with that.   First let me say I was extremely taken aback by how amazing the writing was. Triana may be some sort of genius. Told from our main character’s POV, Kim White, you really get to hear her inner thoughts and motives. I wont lie, some of her distain for certain situations (hugs) cracked me up and I LOL’d quite a few times because of her sarcasm. I think it really goes to show how excellent Triana’s writing style is because you cant help but root for her even though she is bat shit cuckoo bananas. Kims whole purpose is to cause chaos and not just wreck peoples life-but obliterate them. I think at the heart of this novel-we really see humanity and its behavior if “no one was watching”. The other characters in this book are just as evil, they just do it by social norm standards. The ending was just *perfection* This is an extreme horror novel filled with pretty graphic scenes and I know it’s a certain type of persons jam but I thought this was an extremely wild ride and I enjoyed it. I look forward to more of Triana’s work.
