🏚️DOLL HOUSE RESTORATION - PART 1 🏡 A before and after of the exterior of the doll's house 🙌🏻 . This doll's house was my favourite childhood toy 🤗 Santa brought it to me way back in 1990 when I was 2. It's from @dollshouseemporiumretail - who actually still sell this beauty! Endless hours of play throughout the years and being moved from attic to attic - it was in need of some love. So this week I tackled the exterior of the house. Time consuming isn't the word - but such a satisfying transformation 💪🏻🖌️ . Colour: Speakeasy from @fleetwood_paints - this is a soft sheen finish interior wood paint - 3 coats with some sanding in between. Windows: sprayed with @makeitrustoleum Plastic spray paint - bringing them from aged yellow to brilliant white! Frog tape for clean edges between the white and navy. I used acrylic sheeting that's used for binding which I picked up from a local stationary shop to replace the window panes. . What do you think?
