I use to cap my breakfast at 200 calories Or skip it completely Which would cause me to have high amounts of anxiety by the afternoon and have major brain fog By the time I got home all I could think about was food I’d use every excuse in the morning too on why I did this I wanted to burn more fat 🥴 I didn’t have time for breakfast 🥴 I wanted to save calories for later 🥴 I wasn’t hungry 🥴 I was honestly lying to myself And I was seeing a dangerous cycle of restrict ➡️ binge ➡️ guilt ➡️ restrict again In order to break the cycle I had to overcome the pressure Which was breakfast and having regular meals Changing that one things dramatically improved my relationship with food It was intimidating to sub out my energy drink for a full blown meal But I got to the point where I don’t even think twice about it A lot of you know what your poor habits are that are setting you up to fail It takes calling yourself out and owning up to needing to change That’s exactly what I did I realized it wasn’t that I couldn’t trust my body around food It was that I wasn’t fueling it properly in the first place - Need more help with your fitness goals?
