18 year old sidearm pitcher straight outta Taiwan🇹🇼 and MY GUYY🤩 “JAH-WEI” @kay.94.03.15 is 81-83mph right now but I believe he has more in there. He pitches east to west and criss crosses the plate with a slider and a two seam. In Taiwan it’s also a lot different on how they manage pitchers work loads.
