It is my honor to debut a special collaboration between @000magazine, Sonderwunsch and a new 2024 992 TTS that we have been cooking up over the past few months. My involvement began after watching a near stock 992 TTS piloted by David Donner rocket up the @pikespeakhillclimb course to win its class and take 2nd OVERALL amongst a litany of purpose-built race cars—many of them in the hands of top drivers. With my jaw on the floor, and Donner’s car at the top of Pikes Peak, my friends at 000 and I got to talking about “what ifs?” Could we find a way to celebrate the #000 992TTS’ win through @Porsche's Sonderwunsch program? My interest was only heightened a few months later, when Donner turned a PPIHC Certified Course Time of 9:53 in dry conditions—making the #000 911 Turbo S the first road car to climb Pikes Peak in under 10 minutes. After months of deliberation, emails, phone calls, design briefs with the 000 crew and an allocation provided by @porschemainline , I’m thrilled to present the official render of my, and the first 000 Commission 992 TTS which will be ready spring of 2024 (ish) featuring a grouping of tributes and Easter eggs from the winning car's livery and spec sprinkled throughout, and a couple of our own design as well 👀. Wilder still, anyone so inclined can also order one of their own in any market, and in any available color, so long as they’ve got the necessary allocation. In keeping with the 992 TTS' life purpose, this car will be my “everything and all the time” car usage wise. After all, what other car can you drive to an international race, nab an overall podium, and then drive home? No other car I can think of, that’s for sure!
