@BUTTEROhamptons, the newest addition to the talented chef and co-owner @MaurizioMarfoglia ’s #Hamptons #restaurant portfolio, highlighting the finer art of preparing Prime dry-aged steaks and the freshest of seafood cuisine. Located in the village of #EastHampton behind an Ivy’d brick wall, the Alfresco experience is one of the best in the Hamptons as well as indoor dining for a cozier feel. The drinks & wine menu offers a respectable choice which included the Bombonera, a delicious combination of @DobelTequila (Diamonte), Passion Fruit, Pineapple & Lemon juice with a coating of the perfect amount of spicy @TajinUSA . Moving on to the wine of our choice was the delightfully crisp #PierreRiffault Sancerre and the divinely dry @WolfferWine Rose. For our appetizers we chose to share the Tuna Tartar enhanced with avocado, yuzu, tobiko with a light soy dressing that melted in the mouth and the delectably fresh Gulf of Maine Swordfish with Panzanella salad. For the main course we split a succulent 14 oz New York Strip and the mouthwatering 8 oz Filet Mignon only of the finest USDA prime cuts, accompanied by yummy shaved organic Brussels Sprouts with Sautéed Shallots and a Lemon Spinach. Filled to capacity we had the restaurant pack up our desserts of Tiramisu and Cheesecake to enjoy later on that evening — a double yum!
