FLASHBACK FRIDAY folks . . . aah this takes me back and deffo brings a smile - my 23 year old self with the Goo guys on our TOP OF THE POPS debut appearance (BBC1 - UK) - TOPTP was so important in those days and after this broadcast, the single was the highest chart climber the following week - I remember my sister Caroline (4 years younger) telling me excitedly "every bar/club I go in WIGAN, they're playing the song". Another memory I have is, coming off the TOTP set after the performance and asking our EMI promotions man MACOLM HILL if I'd messed up by looking at the wrong camera lol.
